No laundry service can return everything 100% perfect every time, and neither can we. That’s why you can use our white laundry bag for rejected or damaged items. You will automatically receive a credit invoice for the incurred washing costs.
No. We work with a unique subscription system: whatever you return as dirty laundry, we deliver back clean one week later. So there is no need to place orders.
This system keeps your stock levels stable. Need temporarily more or less linen? No problem, we can quickly adjust the subscription.
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
We are also available during weekends: our Weekend Service helps with emergencies and urgent requests.
Absolutely. Our tablecloth range includes various sizes.
Do you only have a napkin subscription with Napking? No problem, tablecloths can easily be ordered separately for a one-time event. This way, you do not need to purchase expensive tablecloths yourself or rent them through an external rental company.
Your weekly invoice includes both the subscription (the rental quantity) and the quantities we have washed and delivered.
We work with direct debit payments. Convenient for you, and it helps us keep our prices competitive.
That depends on your preferences, the type of items you use, and the available storage space in your restaurant.
If you only use napkins, one delivery per week is usually sufficient. If you also use items such as kitchen towels, we recommend two deliveries per week.
During busy periods or events, we can of course provide additional deliveries.
Through our subscription system, you can rent items such as napkins, tablecloths, kitchen towels, tea towels, glass cloths, and microfiber cloths. And of course, we also take care of the washing.
Thanks to our stock management system, you will always have sufficient linen in stock and no longer need to do laundry yourself.
