New in the heart of Utrecht: Bucca Steak Atelier

Utrecht has gained another top restaurant: Bucca Steak Atelier on Lijnmarkt.

The restaurant is owned by entrepreneurs Filiz Danisman and Fikret Geldi, who also run Restaurant Het Zuiden and Bistro Florent. At Bucca, steak takes center stage.

The concept was born from the desire to create a restaurant where one product group is the star of the show, without making the experience feel formal or distant. And it’s not just about serving an excellent piece of meat; it’s about the complete dining experience. From the first course to the final glass of wine.

Bucca rents Fairtrade linen Napking napkins and eco-friendly tablecloths. The kitchen, of course, also uses our chef’s cloths. Once a week, the electric Napking van pulls up outside to collect the dirty laundry and deliver the clean laundry.
