When is laundry truly “clean”?
Many guests only see a beautifully set table. We believe that behind that presentation, there should also be a demonstrably safe and controlled laundry process. Because what does “clean” really mean?

At Napking, we have our restaurant laundry facility periodically inspected by an independent specialist. This assessment looks not only at the final result, but at the entire process: from the moment used linen is received to the delivery of clean napkins, tablecloths, and chef towels back to restaurants and professional kitchens.
In our restaurant laundry operation, we look beyond simply creating a fresh appearance. That is why Cleaning Consultancy CCD periodically audits our laundry facility according to the RABC Methodology (Risk Analysis & Biocontamination Control), the European standard for microbiological safety in professional laundries.
During these inspections, it is not just the end product that is evaluated. The entire process is reviewed, including:
- Microbiological testing of textiles and work surfaces
- Verification of washing processes and disinfecting performance
- Analysis of potential contamination risks throughout the logistical flow
- Assessment of the separation between soiled and clean textiles
- Reporting with improvement points and recommendations
The results allow us to continuously monitor whether our processes are functioning optimally. If any deviations are identified, we can immediately investigate the cause and implement corrective measures. This may include adjusting process settings, carrying out additional cleaning of critical areas, or introducing extra quality checks.
These independent measurements also form an important part of our quality assurance system and certifications. They not only provide us with valuable internal insight, but also give our customers the confidence that the linen they receive has been washed according to demonstrably controlled and verified processes.
For restaurants, this means that napkins, table linen, and workwear are not only visually clean, but are processed within a system specifically designed to control microbiological risks.
A professionally monitored laundry process. That too is an essential part of the Napking linen rental concept and professional laundry service.
