Napking is the right place for that. Our napkins are of high quality and made from 100% organic cotton. You can rent, buy, personalize, and have them cleaned and managed by us. We can even deliver them folded. This way, you always have enough napkins in stock and you can focus on what you do best: making guests happy with the most delicious dishes.

Fairtrade napkins for the hospitality industry
What makes Napking unique is that we sell and rent fairtrade napkins. All our napkins are made from organically grown cotton. The farmer receives a fair price, while you as a customer don’t pay extra for napkins with an eco-label. We absorb this price difference ourselves. This way, we make it possible for a larger number of restaurants to purchase ecological napkins and contribute to a better environment.
We also contribute to a sustainable future in other ways. For example, we recycle rejected textiles; the manufacturer turns these into cellulose/viscose or new hospitality linen. Furthermore, we are working on making our napkins a fully circular product. The goal is for old napkins to be fully recyclable into new products.
Rent or buy hospitality napkins?
Since 2010, Napking has been a specialist in the rental, sale and cleaning of hospitality textiles. We supply hospitality napkins to more than 200 restaurants in the Randstad region and also clean and manage them. With us, you choose whether you want to rent or buy napkins. Renting is often an affordable solution. You take out a flexible subscription with us and only pay for the napkins you actually use. During quieter periods, you can easily adjust your subscription downwards.
Would you prefer to manage the napkins yourself or have them personalized? Then you can also buy the napkins from us. With or without personalization. Have your napkins and other hospitality textiles printed or embroidered in your own style. We are happy to give you tailored advice on your own textile line.
Sales, rental, cleaning and inventory management
Napking cleans, rents, sells, develops and manages various types of (eco) napkins, table linen, kitchen towels and chef’s and service attire for restaurants. In short: you can come to us for the entire process from dirty to clean. With our cleaning service, we collect dirty napkins from you 1-2 times per week, wash them and deliver clean napkins in return in the desired size and type. We can even deliver the napkins folded.
As your partner in hospitality textiles, we also advise you on how to improve your internal textile processes. This results in significant savings and time gains for you, while you can be sure of always having fresh textiles in stock. We track your usage and ensure there is always enough, but not too much.
Weekend service
What makes Napking unique is our weekend service. Even when things don’t go as planned or when you suddenly need more textiles over the weekend, we are there for you. You can reach us 7 days a week. On Saturdays and Sundays too, we are ready to quickly bring you extra textiles.
