You can buy your own hospitality textiles from us (even personalized) or rent them. Whichever choice you make, you always pay a competitive price for good quality.

Rent or buy table linen?
You can make the choice yourself whether you want to buy or rent table linen. Buying table linen is often particularly interesting for chef’s jackets, aprons and service staff clothing. This is because we can fully develop purchased clothing to measure and personalize it with, for example, a logo or embroidery.
For table linen, you can choose to buy if you prefer to own your linen or want it personalized. However, most restaurants choose to rent table linen. Renting makes you more flexible, for example to order less or more table linen for a while.

Rental, cleaning and textile management in one place
Many of our customers don’t just choose to rent or buy table linen from Napking. They engage us for the full management of their textiles. We can also clean all your hospitality textiles in accordance with HACCP regulations and manage the textiles for you. This way, you always have exactly enough spotlessly clean textiles in stock.
In addition, we offer our weekend service as a unique feature. We can also deliver textiles at the weekend if you need extra. We are available seven days a week to help you, even at peak moments.

Sustainable textiles at a competitive price
We also rent and sell sustainable hospitality textiles. For example, all our napkins are made from more sustainable cotton (carrying the Fairtrade, GOTS or Oeko-Tex label). Although we naturally pay farmers a fair price for this, you can purchase more sustainable textiles from us at the same price as non-ecological textiles. We absorb the price difference ourselves. This way, we want to give more restaurants the opportunity to contribute to a healthy environment for future generations.

Weekend service
We’re also ready for you at the weekend if you need extra textiles. You can reach us 7 days a week and we can also deliver extra textiles on Saturdays and Sundays. So there’s almost always a solution available.

When you choose to rent clothing or table linen from Napking, you’re always flexible. You only pay for what you need. Is it a quieter period? Then you order less. Is it peak season? Then we can always scale up.
