Meet Anna Syniakova: A true jack-of-all-trades at Napking

Anna (38) is originally from Ukraine and moved to the Netherlands with her daughter over three years ago. Shortly after, she started working at Lamme Textile Management in Nederhorst den Berg, and two years ago Anna made the switch to Napking.

At Napking, Anna is responsible for carefully packing clean laundry. Together with three colleagues, she ensures that everything is neatly packed and reaches the customer in the correct quantities. But Anna is much more than that: she is a true jack-of-all-trades with experience in almost all departments. Her flexibility makes her an indispensable asset to the team.

When Anna started at Napking, it was quite a challenge: she hardly spoke any English. Thanks to the help of colleagues, her English is now excellent, and she is also learning Dutch – handy, because many packing slips are in Dutch. Anna will soon start Napking’s Dutch language program to further strengthen her collaboration with colleagues. Anna feels completely at home at Napking, even though it is sometimes hard work to get everything to the client on time. Together with her team, she goes for it, and they often do so with a healthy dose of fun. For Anna, Napking is more than a workplace: as a single mother far away from her family, she greatly appreciates that she is always given the space to be there for her daughter. That makes her work not only challenging but also incredibly valuable.
